Public Beach Rules: Chairs, Arches and Tents
- No area of the public beach can be reserved or roped off, including beach access, sand paths and walkovers.
- Arches, runners and chairs are allowed.
- Keep the ceremony area at least 30 feet from beach access and stay off the sand dunes.
- No open flames, wish lanterns, generators or glass.
- No pets outside the designated dog beach areas.
- Don’t drop artificial flower petals or release balloons.
- Tents and canopies larger than 10 x 12 feet need a permit from SRIA and Escambia County.
